Surrounded by contemporary Vietnamese art sourced carefully from all over Vietnam, your senses will be indulged. Our artwork includes pieces by some of Vietnams top artist, who have exhibitied all over the world, through to pieces by artists starting their career, some just out of the renowned Hanoi University of Fine Arts. They range in mediums including oil on canvas, watercolour on ricepaper, art on silk and the unique Vietnamese lacquer work. Ever changing and evolving, the art being produced by the Vietnamese is bold but remains true to its roots.

In the courtyard the shade of the jacaranda tree in summer is welcome relief, in spring with the purple flowers it is a sight to behold. In winter an amazing suntrap is created. A true oasis for all seasons.

From the front bar, through to the courtyard and the studio room out the back you have the perfect place for coffee, your breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or function.

The Sydney Morning Hearld describes Curtin Cafe Gallery " Curtin works on a simple formula. It makes many of its own pastries and cakes, which you can buy to take away at the front of the shop. It also does a cracking breakfast, with all your favourite egg and French toast combinations, and quality ingredients that make them really sing."

The Innerwest Weekly says “others can only envy this café’s reputation. Even if your not fussed about the pretty pictures, it’s worth visiting Curtin just for the food and friendly atmosphere. There is a stunning courtyard out the back and cosy seating inside. With a reputation fot great coffee Curtin’s team of barista’s work hard and fast to make about 1000's of takeaway cups a week.”
